- Have an understanding of labor needs and staff, train and develop crew to carry out projected workload and reduce labor costs
- Have and overall understanding that professionalism, including establishing accountability and maintaining good relationships affects a quality product
- Have experience in heavy highway construction
- Want to receive recognition for aggressively pushing schedule ahead to achieve contractual completion date or using a creative approach to identify ways to improve original schedule
- Understand heavy highway construction and have the ability to manage projects of 5M – 10M+
