Voting for the Users Choice Awards takes place each year at the WEDDLES web site. The process is similar to the fan balloting that the Major League Baseball conducts to select its annual All Stars. Job seekers and recruiters may cast their ballot for any job board or career portal operating on the Internet and for as many or as few sites as they desire. Over 8,000 votes were cast for the 2004 Awards and over 100 different sites received at least one vote.

WEDDLES User's Choice Awards are presented to the thirty (30) sites that receive the most votes during the calendar year. Their popularity among their users is proof positive that they represent the elite of the online employment industry today.
