This role involves overseeing project tasks, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Candidate ideally has experience with High End Residential and Interior finishes. Description The Assistant Project Manager will: Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to address project needs and concerns. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing solutions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all project sites. Support the procurement process by coordinating materials and resources. Maintain thorough records and ensure proper documentation is completed for all project activities. Profile A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project components effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members. A solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Proficiency with project management software and tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
