We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager specializing in multifamily projects to oversee all aspects of construction from pre-construction through project completion. This role requires expertise in the property industry, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Description Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to maintain timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Analyze project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Oversee project closeout procedures, including final inspections and handover to clients.
