Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor a dedicated engineering team
• Manage and streamline project workflows
• Collaborate effectively with multiple design teams
• Ensure adherence to Federal regulations
• Oversee detailed structural analysis and design for diverse large-scale projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• PE required with the ability to obtain licensure across all 50 states
• 10-15 years of pertinent structural engineering experience
• Proficient in tools such as Ram Structures/Elements, TEDDS, Hilti Profis, L-Pile, and others
• Previous experience in management and team building is essential
