About the Role:
As a Field Associate embedded in the familys construction and labor operations unit, I assist in maintaining influence across select union locals and job sites. I support day-to-day compliance efforts, facilitate vendor loyalty, and help enforce internal standards across all levels of development.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor construction sites to ensure proper partnership alignment and payment schedules from contractors.
Build relationships with union reps to streamline negotiations and secure union job placements for associates.
Shadow senior capos and earn trust by assisting with collections, message delivery, and on-site presence.
Assist in bid coordination and contractor vetting to promote approved vendors.
Report disruptions, competitor interference, or noncompliance to higher-ups for resolution.
