Land Surveyor (All Levels of Experience needed)
PLS Candidates needed

5+ years of experience doing land surveying
Ideal candidate would have a PA PLS license doing residential and commercial projects
Right now the commercial projects are generally within 8 hours travel from Pittsburgh which includes the states of PA, OH, WV, KY, VA, MD, DE, NJ, & NY, and if someone is a PLS in another state, that would define additional territories they may cover
SIT Candidates needed

Crew Chiefs needed

True Crew Chiefs will have ran survey crews in the past. They will typically work directly under the PLS.

Surveyor Technicians needed

Experience with residential subdivisions and commercial types of developments
Prepare survey plans, record plats, descriptions and reviews of title commitments
May perform survey boundary analysis and computations of ALTA and topography surveys utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D
General Surveyor experience needed

Physically searches for existing survey monuments, markers and other control points.
Sets grade stakes for new construction.
Properly cares for precision surveying instruments, and other equipment or vehicles related to assigned tasks.
Records survey notes legibly and efficiently in the accepted format.
Provides computational support to field crews.
Updates databases, drawings, forms and spreadsheets as needed.
Maintains and elevates professional competency through continued education programs, seminars, study materials and professional journals.
Prepares and maintains daily, biweekly and monthly work progress reports as required.
