POSITION TITLE: Principal Architect Consultant(s). POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for providing technical support and expert advice to existing and future clients in North America throughout all implementation stages of the Temenos T24 Transact Core Banking Software and/or other Temenos software products. The Principal Architect Consultant focuses on the most complex technical issues, ensuring that all actions are taken to fully satisfy the clients technical needs. The Principal Architect Consultant advises on the design and administration of the production environment. The Principal Architect Consultant provides the overall technical solution design, including providing and coordinating hardware sizing and provides technical inputs to the gap analysis process, analyzing proposed solutions, and identifying project constraints on scope, timing & cost. The position will lead technical strategy discussions, including documenting agreed strategies for sign-off and ensuring partner provided solutions are in accordance with the agreed strategy. Define, improve, and lead delivery of, at least one Productized Service such as SaaS Upgrade Assessment, L3 to EF Conversion Assessment, DB Conversion Assessment, and Performance Health check. The role will identify, define and coordinate any development activities that may occur during implementations, such as regarding additional specific functionality, interfacing to external systems or conversion programs to be built. Operate in a presales situation and persuade clients of the benefits of a Temenos interface solution, working seamlessly with sales and presales colleagues. The Principal Architect Consultant will review and approve all technical deliverables including IRDs, etc. as well as providing direction and support in the change control process. Lead the project initiation, analysis and design phases, managing the overall solution design in line with the standard methodology and quality. The Principal Architect Consultant will provide coaching to less experienced consultants. May require to travel/telecommute. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Management, or a closely related technical field, or foreign equivalent. 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, Principal Technical Consultant, Technical Manager, Senior Consultant, or related technical occupation. Experience must include utilizing: 1) functional/business experience in a banking and investing environment, 2) core banking implementation, 3) implementation stages of the Temenos T24 Transact Core Banking Software, 4) Temenos Payment Hub, 5) Temenos Arrangement Architecture, 6) Temenos Microservices, and 7) Temenos Cloud on Azure.
