Description Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain schedule and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
