This Project Manager will oversee ground up and renovation construction projects, taking full ownership of schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships. Description Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final close out Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track Profile Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor Background managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls Ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders Proficiency with construction management software and documentation processes Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 USD annually.
