NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED SKILLED TRADESMEN – CONCRETE & CONSTRUCTION

Are you a skilled tradesman with experience in concrete work, demolition, and construction? Looking for a niche trade with high earning potential and career growth? We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who take pride in their work and have strong attention to detail.

Job Description:

8-10 Hour days Monday through Saturday (sometimes exceptions can be made for Saturdays)  This schedule is from April-November

Liner replacements on in-ground swimming pools 

Renovations on existing swimming pools (concrete pool deck will be removed prior to our arrival)

Building new in-ground vinyl liner swimming pools

Building new cold plunge pools

Minimal concrete removal 
 

Requirements:

✔ Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (vehicle required)

✔ Must be a U.S. citizen or have a work visa

✔ Skilled tradesmen with hands-on experience

✔ Proficient with hand and power tools

✔ Knowledge of concrete demolition and application

✔ Problem solving skills

✔ Ability to work outdoors in Minnesota (8-10 hour days April-October)

✔ Punctuality, motivation, and attention to detail
 

Employment Options:

☀ Seasonal – Build in-ground pools in the summer

❄ Year-round – Pools in summer, snow plowing in winter
