We are a local custom home builder headquartered in the Charlotte area. We focus on high-end/luxury custom home building and renovations. We specialize in new construction, but we do take on high end remodel projects from time to time. Most of our work stays within the Charlotte Metro area, but we do have projects that can stretch out to the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Columbia, and Hickory areas.

What you Need
  • 5+ Years of Custom Home Building
  • 5+ years as superintendent/assistant superintendent
  • Expert in residential building codes
  • Ability to oversee multiple tasks on jobsite.
  • Ability to manage budgeting, scheduling, and project completion status and convey to owners/project managers
  • Ability to control quality of output for team to pass inspections, and prevent necessary repairs before closeout
What you will be doing
  • Assist the Superintendent by helping manage the daily operations on residential remodel job sites.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to keep work moving efficiently and ensure high-quality results.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site while enforcing safety standards and appropriate residential job site conduct.
  • Track construction schedules and support efforts to meet key project milestones.
  • Communicate consistently with homeowners, designers, and team members about progress, expectations, and any changes that arise.
  • Perform quality control reviews to confirm that all workmanship aligns with company standards and meets client expectations.
