The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion. This individual will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld throughout the construction process. Their portfolio includes multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional developments ranging from several million dollars to large-scale landmark projects. Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects Experience managing projects from sitework through turnover Strong understanding of construction means and methods Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA certification preferred Experience with multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, or institutional projects is a plus Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $135,000 USD annually.
