Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignment. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work. Prepare and submit daily reports, including project updates and any unforeseen challenges. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Mentor and guide team members to maintain high performance and productivity standards.
