Client Overview: Revenue: Over $1Billion across the entire business, $100M/yr+ in Wisconsin Project Types: All vertical construction sectors outside of single-family residential Project Size: Wide range from $1-$50million Culture: Sharp professionals in a family-feel environment Project Delivery: Currently operate as construction manager with plan to integrate self-perform trades Leadership: Comes from top Wisconsin general contractors Description Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain efficient project workflow. Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols through daily site inspections and safety meetings. Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure quality control and contract compliance. Manage project sequencing, manpower allocation, and material deliveries to minimize delays and disruptions. Conduct progress meetings with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to communicate updates and resolve issues. Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability challenges, and unforeseen site conditions in real time. Maintain detailed daily reports, site documentation, and punch list completion to support successful project closeout. Profile 3+ years of experience as lead superintendent. Track record of running commercial, indsutrial, multifamily, or healthcare projects. Project experience at $5M+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations. Passion for high-quality construction.
